" The Capri has the poise of a car that's built for driving.  settling down into the driving seat a quick glance down at the nearness of the road as you close the door tells you the Capri is a real road-hugger.  As you depress the clutch before selecting first gear, you can feel the thick seats supporting your back; deeply contoured so that you don't have to brace your legs to stay in place on corners, they have enough adjustment to allow even a six-footer to adopt a straight-arm driving position.  The cockpit feels as though it has been fashioned around you and with the long bonnet swooping away in front of you, you find yourself wishing you had a long drive ahead.
